Dear All,

As you are likely aware, the COVID-19 situation is worsening. Yesterday our government announced that they had moved from the ‘contain’ to ‘delay’ phase of the crisis and the WHO has declared the virus a pandemic. The number of confirmed cases are increasing each day, with the government estimating that around 10,000 people have already been infected but are yet to show symptoms. Because of this we have decided to apply our business continuity plan allowing our staff to work from home as of Monday 16 March 2020 until further notice.

Throughout this crisis the best way to contact us will be by email. Our offices will be closed to the public and the phone lines will be operative from 10.30am to 12.30pm and from 2.00pm till 5.00pm. While we trust this will cause minimal disruption, we kindly ask you to bear with us while we adapt to the new working conditions.

Health professional/organisations have identified that those who are at increased risk include older adults and those with chronic conditions. To protect our staff and be socially responsible we feel that these measures are appropriate and proportional.

We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
